Steps of the Driver On-boarding Process in Pukena

1. Create a Profile
Go to https://pukena.ng/servicepro/register to create your service provider account. Complete your profile and upload all the required documents. Pay an annual membership fee of N5,000 to get a card. This card entitles you to alot of benefits such as high-level training, Health Management Plan, Financial Rewards for completing tasks aside remuneration, business cards, executive uniforms, certificates and getting posted to well paid jobs around your residence. This card, which is every driver’s identity renewable yearly, entitles drivers with all our benefits and to all kinds of jobs on our platform, whether full time jobs, short/temporary jobs and ridesharing jobs.
2. Driver Orientation
We will contact you for an orientation session. Given the high demand, the processing time can be over 30 days. So sit back, relax and don't worry, if your profile is complete, you will be contacted.
3. Background Check
We will run a criminal background check and check your driving record.
4. Online Tutorial and Knowledge test
We will send you a link to our online tutorial and knowledge test.
5. Order Your Business Cards
We have created business card templates that will enable you to create your own customer base.
6. Activation and Posting
Profile is activated on the Pukena platform. For full time/partime drivers, you will be posted to your primary place of assignment. For Taxify/Uber driver, you will still be subject to their internal onbaording procedure, which you must complete before your contract with us is activated.
