How to Hire Professional Drivers in Lagos from us:

Regular Package:

In this plan, driver(s) are assigned to clients but all issues relating to salaries, statutory payments, uniforms, annual leave, promotion, benefits and other personnel and administrative matters are handled by Pukena. We also carry out background checks, medical tests, security checks on the drivers and maintain our findings in a dedicated file for the driver, not transferable to the client. This means that Pukena serves as the ultimate guarantor for the driver(s). Also, the client is entitled to up to 3 replacements within a year where the driver resigns, sick or is dismissed from the contract. 

In summary, the driver remains the staff of Pukena and is only assigned to the client for the period of contract. He can be changed or released at the discretion of the client in line with our replacement policy or termination of contract policy. This plan attracts a Service Charge of N30,000 per request. This one-time fee covers the cost of training, verification and background checks for one driver. It is not the same as the monthly salary of the driver which is only paid every month end after the commencement of the contract.

One-Off Recruitment Package

This plan provides a verified driver to individuals and companies who want to have complete control over the welfare of the driver. This is a one-off service where the driver subsequently becomes the direct employee of the client. Cost Implication: A one-off service charge of N60,000 to paid before deployment. In this Package the driver is screened and recruited on behalf of the Client, the driver recommended will be subject to further tests by the client as they deem fit. Pukena  Replacement policy will only apply for 4 weeks after employment of the driver by the client. We recruit various categories of drivers including full time and part time drivers.

Personal Driver on Monthly Basis
Monday-Friday: N140,000 per month 

Monday-Saturday: N150,000 per month 

Monday-Sunday: N170,000 per month 

Spy Police Driver: From N250,000

Hire a personal driver in Lagos to work with you on a more permanent basis to take you to work in the morning and bring you back home safely at the close of work. During the day, your driver can take you on appointments, meetings and just about anywhere you want to go to within Lagos. Trips outside Lagos usually attracts extra allowances for the driver and closing time for each day is 8pm. Beyond 8pm, you will be charged N1000 per hour as overtime charges.

This service takes 3-4 working days to process and requires a processing fee of N30,000 or N60,000 depending on whether you are going for our regular or one-off plans respectively payable upfront by the client before request is processed. Note that this fee is not part of the salary. It only covers the logistics cost of recruiting a verified driver for you which includes background checks and medicals.
