Regular Package:

Driver(s) are assigned to clients but all issues relating to salaries, statutory payments (Pension, Group Life, etc.), uniforms, annual leave, promotion, benefits and other personnel and administrative matters are handled by Pukena. We also carry out background checks, medical tests, security checks on the drivers. Also, the client is entitled to up to 3 replacements within a year where the driver resigns, sick or is dismissed from the client. 

In summary, the driver remains the staff of Pukena Cars & Drivers and is only assigned to the client. This package attracts a Service Charge of N20,000 per driver, exclusive of driver’s salary, to be paid upfront by client before the driver is assigned.

One-Off Recruitment Package

This service provides a verified driver to individuals and companies who want to have complete control over the welfare of the driver. This is a one-off service where the driver subsequently becomes the employee of the client. Cost Implication: A one off service charge of N50,000 paid before deployment. In this Package the driver is screened and recruited on behalf of the Client, the driver recommended will be subject to further tests by the client as they deem fit. Punea Cars & Drivers Replacement policy will only apply for 12 weeks after employment of the driver by the client. We recruit various categories of drivers including full time and part time drivers.

Personal Driver for a Day
Starts from N15,000 per day

Get a driver in Lagos to serve as your personal chauffeur for a day or evening, no matter how many stops you need to make. Our driver(s) arrives at your home at the requested time, dressed in professional attire, ready to chauffeur you in your vehicle wherever you want to go. When  you are done for the day, you and your car will be returned back home safely.

Whether you need transportation on a business trip or just a ride to a doctor’s appointment and back, our personal drivers provide a chauffeur experience in the comfort of your own car.

Please note that all requests must be made atleast 24 hours to the day you need a driver. For instance, if you need a driver on Thursday, ensure that your request comes in latest on Wednesday by 11am the previous day. This is to ensure we don't fail you.

Personal Driver for a Month(s)
Starts from N80,000 per month

Hire a personal driver in Lagos to work with you on a more permanent basis to take you to work in the morning and bring you back home safely at the close of work. During the day, your driver can take you on appointments, meetings and just about anywhere you want to go to within Lagos. Trips outside Lagos usually attracts extra allowances for the driver and closing time for each day is 8pm. Beyond 8pm, you will be charged N1000 per hour as overtime charges.

This service takes 3-5 working days to process and requires a processing fee of N20,000 paid upfront by the client before request is processed. Note that this fee is not part of the salary. It covers the logistics cost of recruiting a verified driver for you.
