How it works:

1. Make a Request: The Pukena Driver recruitment process starts when you make a request via our website, www.pukena.ng/services-category/professional-drivers. This request receives a response within 24 hours. From the request, we are able to uderstand your exact needs and requirements.

2. Client Brief Formalized: Upon receipt and the processing of your request, a fromal brief is created based of the details of your request. For Taxify/Uber Driver request, you will be required to formally complete their internal onboarding process before we give you a driver. However, we can help you get your car onboarded on Taxify or Uber subject to a cost billable to cover for the logistics and car inspection procedures. Please note that our contract with you is driver recruitment not Taxify/Uber onboarding. We take longer time to process requests tht involve Taxify/Uber onboarding. We prefer clients bring cars already onboarded o Taxify or Uber. 

3. Requirements reviewed and matched: Based on your requirements, a search for best fit is done within our profiled drivers' database. A list of possible matches is returned and further pruned to minimum, depending on number required. 

4. Drivers shortlisted and selected: Drivers are shortlisted and presented to you for selection and interview. At this stage, youmay choose to carry out your own private investigation on your selected drivers, but we always ensure or erification process is exhaustive.

5. Drivers placed and on-boarded: Selected drivers are offered the placement an onboarded.

6. Placement is closed and monitored: Upon successful placement of driver (s), a fixed finders fee between N5,000 to N10,000 is made to Pukena depending on the type of driver placed. The service engagement contract is read, understtod and signed by both Pukena, Driver, Client and their respective witnesses.
